Visa invitation Letter

We are happy to provide Invitation Letters, to people who need this for getting a Travel Visa. You understand that we can provide such letters only to people having a valid ticket and/or a accepted paper submission. 

What we need for each request

• Name as it appears on your passport
• Passport ID and date of birth 
• Mailing address
• Email address to where we can send the letter
• Title of your contribution (paper, poster,..)
• EasyChairID, if applicable/name of the workshop you participate in
• Ticket ID
