Springer Nature SciGraph Analytics: building business tools for the scholarly publishing domain using LOD and the ELK stack

Springer Nature SciGraph is a scholarly linked data repository hosting more than one billion triples about publications, grants, conferences, organizations and many other objects that are linked to the publishing activities of Springer Nature. Alongside making this data available online under a diverse licensing scheme (CC0, CC-BY and CC-BY-NC) in order to increase its reuse within the scientific community, this work was aimed at providing Springer Nature with more opportunities to develop compelling user facing products based on these metadata.

Semantic guided search guides our customers to the answer

Research products have evolved a lot in the last decade.  Starting from metadata search, over keyword and fulltext search to more intelligent forms. Customers have always struggled with using the correct (from author's point of view) searchterms.
At Wolters Kluwer we want  help and guide the users from their problem or question toward the right answer within the context of a document.
