Eelco Kruizinga is senior principal consultant at DNV GL and deputy director of it's knowledge management competence centre. He is working with DNV GL profit and non-profit clients internationally to assess and improve knowledge management programmes, in a variety of contexts and sectors, including energy infrastructure, renewable energy use, energy efficiency and climate change.
DALICC is a software framework that supports legal experts, innovation managers and application developers in the legally secure reutilization of third party data sources. It supports the automated clearance of rights, thus helping to detect licensing conflicts and significantly reducing the costs of rights clearance in the creation of derivative works.
